If you read the whole damn thing, you will see that it took like an hour of pure exasperation, suicide threats and 14 of Visser's nipples just to get Tel installed for Sam, and we didn't even manage it in the end. Had to napalm his Tel folders and use the installer.

This is what happens EVERY SINGLE TIME a newbie comes. We spend hours trying to make their Tel work because they don't know what the yellow things with files in them are.
