Here are my current changes I have made. Most are really untested, but are problems that I have seen/discussed in the past or just changes I find others may enjoy. Please post feedback on these as well.

Reduced gyrocopter building lead in/out
Increased gyrocopter gather rate --this will require some balancing
Changed gyrocopter prerequisite to building integrity
Incread gyrocopters airlift radius
Reduced various gyrocopter crate times
Increased R4 cost --not sure how I feel about this one
Increased building starting percentage
Reduced art multiplier on henchmen
Reduced AI expert bonuses
Increased SB/AA upgrade cost
Increased SB/AA upgrade level to R4
Reduced AA delay time
Reduced electric burst damage
Increased electric burst radius
Increased quill burst cost
Reduced web time
Changed loner rank to R3
Increased loner damage reduction
The goal I have is to take away from some of the overpowered things especially the ones that have been recognized as too strong to really even used in games. I also want to boost some of the lesser used abilities and what not.
Still need to get into building ebps some figure this out for me ;D
