Yes, and thank you for the simple fix. Too much coffee not enough sleep 
Just so anyone else comes across the same issue. Although mine is so rare it will get placed in a textbook,
After Download from ModDB Tellurian 2.02, (Maps, Oceanic, and 1.01,) - downloaded because I thought it was my issue.
Everything points to this very simple installer they have intergraded into Tellurian Mod packs, Long story short my download did not come with the file extension.
Funny eh, simple fix just rename it with .exe at the end.

If you have the Steam/GoG version, you already have them.

I cant download the maps, it says the mirrors dont exist anymore?
