I recently discovered that a suit of armour/weapons I had downloaded for Skyrim was from Dark Souls. They have some great stats, but are worthless if you want to make a profit off them. I don't use them often because it doesn't fit my more primitive barbarian. I'm pretty much going to roll entirely on furs, leather, hides, and iron and steel merc armour. The DS stuff looks better suited for a Paladin or Cavalier.

As I don't know what defines the two, I'm going to take your word for it.

Paladins and Cavaliers. I don't know what defines either to the extant that Dark Souls armor fits them as opposed to any other fantasy-world inhabitant.

considering you haven't asked, am I correct in assuming you don't care?

So I should have lied and said "yes, tell me more"? 'Cause I can do that.

Tried to be nice, bridging a gap between our interests and you just weren't having it. So for future reference, I'm done trying.

Incidentally, Dark Souls 2 ended up not being very good. It's weirdly aggressive about breaking things that worked perfectly well before (bad menu interface, molasses button response, having to travel to a designated level up / gear upgrade area), while not offering anything particularly fresh on the level design or enemy encounter fronts. On the Dan scale, I would rate it 'movies starring white people' out of a possible 'movies starring black people'.
