Custom loading screens in Steam Version?

They don't seem to work for me. Like, I've added tons of maps to IC and their custom loading screens work on my Non-Steam-Version.

I'm just asking if it's a problem on my side or if anyone else is having this issue aswell?

I've already reported it to the devs on Steam but didn't really receive a reply.

Yeah, this is a thing. They told us that the game should support .TGA image files, but it doesn't. We told them about it during beta but they either didn't get it or didn't believe us.
